Training Programs

Our Classes

We offer a variety of programs and classes to meet you wherever you are in your CrossFit journey! Think it might be "too tough?" No worries. We scale every exercise to your ability. The intensity of your workouts will grow right along with your skills.

  • On-Ramp

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our On Ramp course. You’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • After School Program

    This 1-hour class for kids 12-17 is a great way for boys and girls to learn proper form for movements they will use their entire athletic career and beyond. Emphasis is on form, conditioning and athleticism. Get them strong using the proper form and establish a strength that will allow them to have an unfair advantage in their chosen sport.

  • Open Gym

    You have a coach, but no programmed class. Come in and work on whatever you want under a coach’s supervision.
